How Adoption Healing Coaching Works
To step
out from the shadow of a painful adoption experience and
into the light of a new life, you need three things:
A new sense of hope. Right now it’s probably hard to
imagine life could be any different than it already is.
You may even feel pessimistic or resentful at the very
suggestion. That’s why it’s important to start where you
are and accept who you are today. Only then can you open
yourself up to a new sense of hope about the future.
A new perspective. We’ve all heart the expression of
seeing the glass as “half empty”, but you may not
realize the importance of your perspective about
yourself and the world around you. This coaching will
help you to open up to new perspectives that are
healing, loving and transformational.
A new way of living. With hope and a new
perspective, you’re ready to make concrete changes to
your thoughts, beliefs, and actions. This will transform
how you feel about yourself, the quality of your
relationships and your level of success in everything
you strive for in your new life.
