 I’m
Sharri Harmel, founder of Key Coaching. I work with a
powerful model of relationship coaching that healed my own
wounds of the past; including giving up my son for adoption
when I was 18 years old as well as a divorce. My life was
transformed through coaching. If you also desire to

We never really know what the defining moments of our lives
will be; mine was getting pregnant at 18 years old and
having to give my son up for adoption. In the years
following my traumatic loss, I was numb, walking through
life unable to connect to any emotion because I was afraid
that if I did, the depth of my sorrow would debilitate me.
As long as I kept my mask firmly in place, I was able to
project confidence and competence to the world around me.
I did all the things that looked like I had accepted my
loss…graduated from college, had a career, got married, had
another child but all the while I was operating on
autopilot. I felt empty, a piece of my heart was still
missing and it wasn’t until I met Debbie Ford that I could
begin my journey to healing. Only then could I see that
every relationship in my life clearly reflected my
disconnection with myself and my inability to commit to
anyone or anything.
I began with Debbie Ford’s amazing Shadow Process ™ , hired
my own Ford Institute trained coach, and have been training
in the Ford Institute’s Integrative coaching programs for
the past three years. From this amazing transformational
work, Key Coaching was born.
